On a point of order, Presiding Officer. I would be grateful for your guidance. How can I get on the record the fact that, this afternoon, both the First Minister and the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills have selectively quoted one of my colleagues out of context, grossly misrepresenting what was said in the chamber? The public watching the proceedings of the Parliament deserve better from senior members of the Scottish National Party Government. It is now an established pattern of engagement in the chamber to grossly misrepresent the views and opinions of colleagues who are members of this Parliament.
