Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. Welcome to the 16th meeting in session 5 of the Local Government and Communities Committee. I remind everyone present to turn off mobile phones. Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private agenda item 4, which is consideration of the committee’s draft report on payments to returning officers. Do members agree to do that?
