Good morning, and welcome to the 32nd meeting in 2019 of the Local Government and Communities Committee. I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones.
Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private agenda items 3 and 4. Item 3 is consideration of the evidence that we will hear today on the Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Bill, and item 4 is consideration of our work programme.
