Good morning. Welcome to the second meeting in 2020 of the Local Government and Communities Committee. Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private agenda item 3, which is consideration of evidence that will be heard today and on 8 January on the Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Bill.
