Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the eighth meeting of the Education and Skills Committee in 2021. I ask everyone to turn their mobile phones to silent mode to avoid disturbing the meeting. We have received apologies from Alex Neil.

Our first item of business is a decision on whether to take agenda items 4 and 5 in private. Any members who object to that should do so by indicating it in the chat box.
