Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members, witnesses and people who are joining us online to the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee’s 14th meeting in 2020. This is the third meeting that the committee has conducted remotely, and I again thank the broadcasting team, on behalf of the committee, for making this possible.

Item 1 is consideration of whether to take business in private. Given the complexities of a group discussion over videoconference, I will assume that everyone agrees to take item 3 in private unless someone says otherwise.

There are no objections, so we agree to take item 3 in private.
