Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning everyone and welcome to the fifth meeting in 2020 of the Social Security Committee. I remind everyone to turn off mobile phones or set them to silent. We have no apologies. Shona Robison MSP hopes to be with us as soon as she can but is delayed with other commitments at committees elsewhere.
