First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Social Security Chamber (Rules of Procedure) Amendment Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/343)
Agenda item 2 is subordinate legislation. The instrument is subject to the negative procedure. I refer members to paper 1, which is a note by the committee clerk. The original instrument was drawn to the attention of the Parliament by the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee at its meeting on 2 October, and the Scottish Government agreed to lay an amending instrument to correct the errors. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee has not raised any issues regarding the instrument. Is the committee content to note it?
