Welcome back. Item 2 is the sift of two Brexit-related SSIs. Members are invited to consider whether they are content with the Scottish Government’s view that use of the affirmative procedure is appropriate for the Sea Fishing (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. Is the committee content with the parliamentary procedure that the Scottish Government has allocated for the regulations? I do not see anyone disagreeing, so we are content.
