Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 21st meeting of the Justice 1 Committee in 2004. As usual, I ask members to switch off their mobile phones and so on. I have received no apologies. Margaret Mitchell might have to leave temporarily to move amendments at another committee, but she will return to us.
I invite the committee to consider whether it wishes to consider in private the draft stage 1 report on the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Bill at forthcoming meetings. Is that agreed?
