In relation to SSI 2023/337, does the committee welcome the fact that the instrument fulfils a commitment by the Scottish Government to correct a cross-referencing error in the Food (Scotland) Act 2015 (Compliance Notices) Regulations 2023, which the committee identified at its meeting on 13 June 2023?
