Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the sixth meeting of the Finance Committee in the fifth session of the Scottish Parliament. I have received apologies from Patrick Harvie, who is unable to attend the meeting, and James Kelly will join us during our proceedings. I also remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones or at least put them into a mode that will not disturb the meeting.
