Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 19th meeting in 2018 of the Economy, Jobs and Fair Work Committee. I ask everyone present to turn off or turn to silent any electronic devices. We have received apologies from Kezia Dugdale, and Dean Lockhart has sent his apologies for the first part of the meeting; he will join us later. A couple of other members will join us shortly.

Under agenda item 1, the committee is invited to decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. Do members agree to take those items in private?
