Good morning and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2017 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off mobile phones, and any members who are using electronic devices to access committee papers during the meeting should ensure that they are switched to silent. Apologies have been received from Jackson Carlaw and Stuart McMillan. However, I welcome Kate Forbes as Stuart’s substitute and Margaret Mitchell as Jackson’s substitute, and I invite them to declare any relevant interests.
