Good morning and welcome to the 12th meeting in 2017 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off their mobile phones. Any members using electronic devices to access meeting papers should ensure that they are switched to silent.
Before we begin, on behalf of the committee I thank former member Rachael Hamilton for her work during her time on the committee.
