Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 18th meeting in 2018 of the Social Security Committee. I remind everyone present to turn off their mobile phones. Some of us use mobile and laptop devices to aid our scrutiny; that is what we are doing if anyone sees us using those. I promise that we are not checking our emails. No apologies have been received.
