Decision on Taking Business in Private

Item 2 is to ask the committee to agree that item 4, which is consideration of the evidence that we will hear today under item 3, be taken in private. Given the online nature of the meeting, I will take silence as meaning agreement to take the item in private. That being the case, we are agreed.
