Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the 22nd meeting in 2019 of the Social Security Committee. I remind everyone present to turn mobile phones or other devices to silent mode so that they do not disrupt our meeting. We have had one apology. Unfortunately, the deputy convener, Pauline McNeill, will not be with us. She has other commitments.
