Good morning and welcome to the fourth meeting in 2018 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. We have received apologies from Elaine Smith MSP.
Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take agenda item 4, which is on the budget process, in private?
