The second item is the European Union (Withdrawal) Act and consideration of the sift procedure in relation to the two European Union exit instruments that are listed on the agenda. The Scottish Government has allocated the negative procedure to the instruments. Is the committee agreed that it is content with the parliamentary procedure that has been allocated to the instruments by the Scottish Government?
