Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 23rd meeting in 2018 of the Local Government and Communities Committee and remind everyone present to turn off their mobile phones. As meeting papers are provided in digital format, members may use tablets during the meeting.
Unfortunately, our deputy convener, Monica Lennon, cannot make it to the meeting, so she has passed on her apologies.
