EU Research and Development Programmes (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
Under agenda item 2, we will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using powers under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in relation to a United Kingdom statutory instrument proposal. The relevant statutory instrument is the EU Research and Development Programmes (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. Do members have any comments on the notification?
