Decision on Taking Business in Private
I welcome members to the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee’s seventh meeting in session 5. We have received apologies from David Torrance, who is unable to attend, and we are pleased to welcome George Adam, who is attending as a substitute member.
It is proposed that the committee take in private item 5, which will be an opportunity for the committee to consider its approach to considering Scottish statutory instruments that arise from the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016. Is the committee content to consider that item in private?
