Congratulations to Duncan Scott

That the Parliament recognises the hard work and dedication shown by the Stirling-based athlete, Duncan Scott, in the sport of swimming; notes Duncan's continuing excellence, winning gold and silver medals in several national and international competitions, including at the European Championships and Olympics Games; praises Duncan on being as a brilliant ambassador for Scottish sporting excellence; warmly congratulates him on graduating with Honours in Business and Sports Studies from the University of Stirling, and wishes him the best of luck at the forthcoming Tokyo Olympics.
