Pupils at Linnvale Primary Spread Summer Joy

  • Submitted by: Marie McNair, Clydebank and Milngavie, Scottish National Party.
  • Date lodged: Thursday, 08 July 2021
  • Motion reference: S6M-00626

That the Parliament commends the P7 pupils at Linnvale Primary School in Clydebank for delivering hand-grown flowers to residents around the community that it serves; understands that the young people presented family and friends with sunflowers that they had planted and maintained throughout the term, along with hand-written notes of motivation and kindness, in the hope that it would spread sunshine and smiles across the area during difficult times; acknowledges that this was the final educational activity that the class carried before the end of their time at primary school, and wishes them all the best for their future.
