Question
To ask the Scottish Government how many homes for (a) social rent, (b) affordable rent and (c) affordable ownership have been delivered in each local authority area in each year since 2007.
Answer
The table showing the number of homes for social rent, other affordable rent and affordable home ownership delivered from April 2007 to end September 2020 by local authority area has been placed in SPICe under BIB number 62269.
The next set of quarterly affordable housing statistics (October to December 2020) are due to be published on 23 March 2021 as part of the Housing Statistics Quarterly Update.
