Question
To ask the Scottish Government whether it will establish an independent inquiry into the actions of Police Scotland and the Crown Office in connection with the malicious prosecutions of individuals involved in the administration of Rangers FC.
Answer
I am committed to supporting public accountability about these cases and have committed to a process of inquiry once all related matters are concluded. In my view this should be independent and led by a judge.
