Question
To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to Schedule 3, section 11 of Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland, what action the authority will take if the service provider is found to store faulty equipment in its premises.
