Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI)

That the Parliament recognises the dedication and bravery of all the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) lifeboat crews, lifeguards, community safety teams and other volunteers; further recognises the risks to their own lives for the lifeboat crews; notes the courage of their compassion and the non-discriminatory approach towards who they rescue at sea; condemns the recent reported abuse experienced by RNLI volunteers in the English Channel; encourages everyone to support the RNLI in whatever way they can, and thanks everyone who volunteers at, and supports, Queensferry RNLI station and RNLI stations across Scotland for their efforts in keeping the coastlines and waters safe, despite the challenges during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
