That the Parliament recognises the hard work of Milngavie in Bloom; believes that these efforts has been a shining light during the COVID-19 pandemic as Milngavie in Bloom has been crucial to many as a way to keep active and boost their mental health; acknowledges that its bright and colourful displays in Milngavie have been mainstay of the town centre for 13 years, and hopes that this will continue to be the case for many more to come.
