The Herald Award for Travelling Tabby

That the Parliament notes the recent success of the Argyll College UHI student, John Frace, who is from Dunoon and is also known as Travelling Tabby, in winning The Herald Award for Outstanding Contribution from a University Student; commends John for his outstanding work throughout the COVID-19 pandemic providing accessible information and statistics online in an extremely user-friendly format, and recognises that this was done on an entirely voluntary basis.
