That the Parliament congratulates the boxer, Josh Taylor, who is from Prestonpans, East Lothian, on becoming the undisputed Light Welterweight World Champion; notes that Josh is the first Scot to be an undisputed World Champion since Ken Buchanan 50 years ago and that he has become only the fifth man to hold all four belts in their weight class, and celebrates this and Josh's other achievements, including being a Commonwealth Games Gold medallist.
