Helping Hands Receives £16,900

That the Parliament congratulates the Helping Hands volunteer food bank on receiving a National Lottery Funding grant of £16,900; understands that the food bank supports the villages of Drongan, Rankinston and Stair, in East Ayrshire, by providing food bags to members of the community; notes that the charity, based in Drongan, stocks a weekly food larder and supply of vouchers in order to help members of these communities; applauds Hayley Watson and her team of volunteers for their efforts in supporting members of the local community, and wishes them the very best for their campaign.
