Clydebank Care Home Resident Achieves First National Qualification

That the Parliament congratulates Gordon Moore, a resident at Kingsacre Care Home in Duntocher, on successfully achieving his first-ever national qualification at 82 years old; notes that he was presented with a certificate after successfully passing his SQA National 2 Gaelic exam; understands that he regularly attended Gaelic classes, held at the Cochno Road home, before sitting the exam at the end of January 2024; welcomes that staff at Kingsacre Care Home threw him a party in celebration, and thanks the staff at the care home for supporting Gordon during his learning and giving him the opportunity to learn new skills.
