That the Parliament marks the third Hugh McMahon Easter Egg Run, which took place during Easter 2024; recognises the work of the event organiser, John Lavery, his friend Craig, the Magic Roundabout Scooter Club, the Destination Unknown Scooter Club, the Mad Monks Scooter Club and the Ayrshire Scooter Club; understands that the group of keen scooter riders travelled through Craigneuk and Wishaw, and on to University Hospital Wishaw, to gift chocolate eggs to patients and staff in the paediatric ward, A&E and ward 2; recognises that the chocolate eggs were supplied by Asda Motherwell’s community champion, Bernadette; thanks all involved for their kindness, and wishes patients and staff at University Hospital Wishaw all the best.
