Allander Rotary Club's Fire Walk

That the Parliament congratulates all participants in the Allander Rotary Club’s recent fire walk event at the Milngavie Guide Hall; understands that 21 participants braved the hot coals to raise money for various charities; further understands that a total of over £8,600 was raised and will be shared amongst Changing Lives Malawi, Girl Guiding Dunbartonshire, Paul O’Gorman Leukaemia Research Centre, Mental Health Foundation and the Rotary’s Charity Fund, and celebrates community groups coming together to organise, celebrate and raise money for worthy causes.
