That the Parliament congratulates Falkirk Football Club on becoming League One champions following its 7-1 victory in Montrose; recognises that John McGlynn's team has gone the full season unbeaten and will be promoted to the Championship next season; further recognises that, under fan-ownership, the football club continues to go from strength to strength, and wishes it well for the future.
