Perthshire Community Sports Facilities Receive Almost £200,000 Funding from Sportscotland

That the Parliament congratulates Aberfeldy Sports Club and Blairgowrie and Rattray Community Football Club (CFC) on receiving almost £200,000 funding from sportscotland; understands that Aberfeldy Sports Club will use the funding of £120,710 that it received to put towards the cost of a new mixed-use clubhouse facility; further understands that Blairgowrie and Rattray CFC will use the funding of £67,100 to help pay for a changing pavilion next to its 3G pitch; recognises that sportscotland awarded funding of £1.5 million to community sports clubs across Scotland; acknowledges that the UK Government has already given Aberfeldy Sports Club £300,000 and Blairgowrie and Rattray CFC £510,000 through its Community Ownership Fund, and wishes both Aberfeldy Sports Club and Blairgowrie and Rattray CFC all the best for the future.
