That the Parliament congratulates Maynes Coaches, based in Buckie, for achieving a significant milestone as the first privately-owned coach operator in Scotland to be awarded the esteemed Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Earned Recognition accreditation; understands that Maynes Coaches joins an exclusive group of approximately 18 private coach operators across the UK to receive this prestigious award; believes that the DVSA Earned Recognition accreditation is testament to Maynes Coaches' unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance with road safety regulations and standards; notes with appreciation the dedication and effort demonstrated by Maynes Coaches in undergoing a comprehensive evaluation of its fleet operations, driver performance, maintenance practices, and adherence to road safety legislation to attain this esteemed recognition; commends Maynes Coaches for what it sees as its relentless pursuit of excellence and its determination to set industry standards as a leader in the coach transportation sector; considers that Maynes Coaches' achievement serves as an inspiration to other operators and underscores the importance of prioritising safety and compliance in the transportation industry; expresses its gratitude to all individuals involved with Maynes Coaches for what it sees as its outstanding leadership and contributions to the Scottish coach industry; believes that its commitment to excellence and safety sets a commendable example for the entire transportation sector, benefiting both passengers and road users alike in recognition of its achievement and dedication; extends its warmest congratulations to the company, and wishes Maynes Coaches continued success in its future endeavours.
