That the Parliament applauds Portsoy childminding business, Welly Walkers Childminding, on achieving an overall grading of Excellent from the Care Inspectorate; understands that from 270 Care inspectorate reports carried out in January 2024, only Welly Walkers achieved the highest grading; congratulates the owner, Christine Mathieson, for this stellar achievement, and thanks all involved with Welly Walkers for what it sees as the positive impact that it has on the children that it supports and the local community.
