That the Parliament welcomes plans by Grampian Housing Association to invest over £17 million in its housing stock of over 3,700 homes during 2024-25; understands that this figure includes £4.1 million of energy efficiency improvements, such as new heating systems and windows, as well as £3.5 million for responsive and planned repairs, and £50,000 of improvements to digital access for tenants; further understands that the figure also includes £10 million to be made available for the construction of new homes for social rent across the north east, including family homes and homes with wheelchair access; congratulates Grampian Housing Association on its commitment to improving existing homes while meeting climate change obligations, and wishes the Association well in taking these plans forward.
