That the Parliament welcomes Preston Lodge RFC’s 51-12 victory over Orkney RFC, which saw the team crowned National League Division 3 champion; understands that the win has sealed an immediate return to National League Division 2 for Preston Lodge; acknowledges how much it believes this promotion means to the whole community of Prestonpans, and congratulates the players, coaches, committee and everyone else involved with running and supporting Preston Lodge RFC on this outstanding success.
