That the Parliament congratulates Christine Oliver of Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, on her very successful 13th toy appeal; recognises what it sees as the impact of the cost of living crisis; believes that Christine helps hundreds of vulnerable families in East Ayrshire to provide toys and clothes for their families at Christmas time; considers this to be an unbelievable contribution to the community, and applauds Christine and her team for what it considers their life-changing work.
