Chapelton Bike Ride

  • Submitted by: Liam Kerr, North East Scotland, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Monday, 26 September 2022
  • Motion reference: S6M-06032

That the Parliament welcomes the return of the Chapelton Bike Ride, raising money for North East Sensory Services; notes that this is its sixth year and that it has raised more than £30,000 for North East Sensory Services; understands that the ride includes a 46-mile route and a 12-mile route, and is open to any standard of cycling; notes that all funds go directly to North East Sensory Services, which provides a range of services to support those with sensory impairment, and hopes that the event is a great success.
