Glass Rural Scottish Women’s Institute Group Celebrates 100th Anniversary

That the Parliament celebrates Glass Rural Scottish Women’s Institute group’s 100th anniversary since its initial launch at Beldourney Castle in 1922; understands that the Scottish Women’s Institute’s vision is to bring women together to share their heritage, develop skills, find support and form friendships; notes that around 40 women attended including around 12 current group members; further notes that the group welcomes new members and meets on the first Thursday of each month, and wishes them ongoing success for the future.
