Dalneigh Highland Dancer Crowned World Champion

That the Parliament congratulates Lily Kelman on her historic success at the Highland dancing world championships, from 25 to 27 August 2022; understands that Lily, from Dalneigh, qualified for the World Championships by winning the Scottish Championships in the previous week; further understands that she competed against the world’s 20 best dancers at the Cowal Highland Gathering in Dunoon; recognises that she came out on top of all other competitors to be crowned Juvenile World Champion, and commends Lily for her hard work and fantastic achievement.
