That the Parliament congratulates Lauren Milne for her successful ice cream company, Lolly’s Ice Cream, in Portlethen; understands that Lauren set up the company during COVID-19 lockdown and now caters for events and weddings using a special rechargeable ice cream bike from Austria, with customers able to order online; notes the importance of supporting local business and shopping locally; further notes the work that Lolly’s Ice Cream is doing to be eco-friendly, sourcing local produce as best it can and offering its ice cream in packaging that is biodegradable, compostable or recyclable, and wishes Lauren all the best for the future.
