Congratulations to Alice Alves, Master Photographers Scotland Newborn Photographer of the Year 2022

That the Parliament congratulates East Kilbride’s Alice Alves for winning the Master Photographers Scotland (MPS) Newborn Photographer of the Year 2022 award; notes that this year’s winning image was of newborn baby, Isla Brown; acknowledges Alice’s previous MPS awards for Baby Photographer of the Year, Cherub Photographer of the Year and an Award of Excellence in Family Portraiture; recognises her laudable talent for making the most of an image, and wishes her well for future successes.
