The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in Crieff Receives One Michelin Star

  • Submitted by: Liz Smith, Mid Scotland and Fife, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Wednesday, 23 February 2022
  • Motion reference: S6M-03260

That the Parliament congratulates The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant, which received one Michelin Star; understands that the award is only given to a select few establishments, with Glenturret being the only whisky distillery in the world to have received a Michelin Star; recognises what it sees as the outstanding contribution of Glenturret in promoting Perthshire's local produce, the hard work of the restaurant's staff to feature in the Michelin Guide after just seven months since opening, and wishes them all the best for the future.
