As an amendment to motion S5M-17281 in the name of Alex Cole-Hamilton (Treatment Time Guarantee), leave out from ", and calls for" to end and insert "; agrees that patients cannot wait until 2021 for the treatment time guarantee to be met and that urgent action is required to address this, and calls on the Scottish Government to initiate a national conversation about what level of service the NHS can realistically provide, in light of workforce pressures and current funding levels."
